Motocaddy Introduces Award-Winning Carts To U.S. Golfers

Motocaddy M7 Remote

– Fully stocked Carlsbad warehouse & National Service Center in Chicago –

Motocaddy, the world’s top-selling powered golf cart company, has launched its 2021 product range – offering golfers across the United States an array of award-winning electric and push carts that combine cutting-edge technology with proven reliability, plus a selection of matching golf bags.

For the first time, Motocaddy has a comprehensive product line-up in a fully stocked warehouse in Carlsbad, CA., plus a supporting National Service Center operating in Chicago, IL. The range includes powered models such as the hands free M7 REMOTE; the world’s first touchscreen enabled M5 GPS DHC electric caddy; and the popular M1 DHC, the simplest-to-use compact electric cart on the market – with all three carts offering automatic Downhill Control technology for responsive control.

“We’re very excited by the reaction to our new product range and we’re definitely seeing a lot of interest from American golfers,” said Motocaddy U.S. President Roger Teat from the brand’s California base. “Motocaddy has the most technologically advanced electric caddies on the market today, with a wide-range of performance enhancing features that make walking the course an even more enjoyable experience. An electric caddy is definitely the best and healthiest way to transport your clubs and we have something for everyone to choose from. I’m confident that we’ll see more and more Motocaddy products out on the fairways this season,” he added.

Take Control

Awarded ‘Most Wanted Electric Cart’ for the last two years by MyGolfSpy which said ‘If you want the best electric cart, go for the Motocaddy M7 REMOTE. It comes with a remote, providing you the caddie effect and because it ‘doesn’t over complicate things.’ The stress free M7 REMOTE features an ergonomic handset that is fully rechargeable even while playing and the USB charging port can also be used to charge a cell phone. Operating over a significant distance, the remote control handset enables the golfer to move the cart in all four directions, or switch smoothly from remote to manual mode and back again if needed.

Powered by a next generation 28.8V motor system and capable of handling the tightest of turns with ease, the highly responsive cart features the latest remote technological advancements, while an anti-glare LCD screen provides multiple speed settings, plus a separate handset battery indicator.

In addition to the automatic Downhill Control function that maintains a constant speed when going down slopes, an extra back wheel prevents it from tipping over, while all-terrain, anti-skid rear wheels ensure maximum stability.

The M7 REMOTE model comes with a graphite frame and Lithium battery at $1,499 MSRP.

High-performance GPS

Billed as ‘the world’s most intelligent electric caddy’, the M5 GPS DHC incorporates a fully integrated GPS system through its super-responsive touchscreen display. The ‘Smart Cart’ provides golfers with fast and accurate access to golf course mapping across the world, plus smartphone notifications direct to the screen.

More than 40,000 golf courses are preloaded onto the system with front, middle and back distances displayed, along with a dynamic green view, plus the ability to move flag positions on the screen and check for any hazards on the hole. Clock, Round timer and Score tracking are also available, alongside hole information, shot distance measurement, automatic hole advancement and a battery meter.

When connected to the free Motocaddy GPS app, golfers can also receive a wide-range of smartphone notifications direct to the touchscreen display, alerting to a call, text message, email or range of app alerts, including WhatsApp and Facebook. The smartphone can be securely placed in a golf bag pocket or charged using the caddy’s patented USB charging port. Other connectivity features include instant Over‑the‑Air course and system updates via the built-in WiFi connection.

Along with the ground-breaking GPS ‘Smart’ technology, the powerful M5 GPS DHC enhances the brand’s strong reputation for efficiency and performance reliability. Driven by a whisper-quiet 230W motor offering Downhill Control (DHC) and an electronic parking brake, the high-quality super-light M-Series Lithium battery can be charged on board, meaning it doesn’t have to be removed for transportation and storage. The battery has also received an IP66 waterproof rating, ensuring safe use in all weather conditions.

In addition, the M5 GPS DHC offers Adjustable Distance Control (up to 60 yards), a USB charging port, handle height adjustment and compatibility with the pioneering EASILOCK™ bag-to-caddy connection system, which is found on all Motocaddy carts and bags.

The M5 GPS DHC is available in a Graphite frame with Blue trim at $1,399 MSRP.
